Ruby on Rails, often referred to as RoR, is an Open Source web framework which is gaining popularity day-by-day due to its ability to support rapid application development. For its support to agile development techniques and suitability for short, client-driven projects, it is often utilized by web developers. It helps in the development of professional websites and web applications that are quickly built and easy to maintain.
Ruby on Rails, or ‘Rails’ for short was originally conceived out of Basecamp (a project management tool) by David Heinemeier Hansson and was released as an Open source in July 2004. Ruby on Rails development has features such as Model View Controller architecture that separates data from logic i.e., presentation layer, and helps in organizing the application program. The Internet has a huge number of webmaster forums. Despite their presence, a very little number contain that “warm” sort of community spirit. Some are moderated to extents that are unbearable. Others contain hugely saturated marketplaces, which is excellent if you are looking to purchase something, but horrid to sell – as you will be competing with writers that work for less than a penny per word, or overly cheap rates for whatever service you may offer.
#1 – NetBuilders.org – Net Builders contains an undoubtedly warmer community spirit than any other forum that I have ever visited, with regular posters that will willingly help you, owned by Will Spencer, a very successful web empire owner who has earned $70,000 USD in one month, through ad networks (i.e. AdSense). Will Spencer is highly approachable, unlike many other big faces, and will not hesitate to answer any queries that you may have.

Content management system (CMS), otherwise known as Web publishing systems, consists of a large database, file system and related software required to store and manage huge loads of data. CMS can be used to create, edit, manage, search and publish various types of contents. Unlike typical databases, CMS can index text, audio clips, video clips or images.
Content management systems reduce the effort of Web site developers to publish contents online. They use CMS to create information portals. Apart from offering the database management capabilities, the CMS also allows non-technical authors and editors to contribute information to the Web site via graphical user interface (GUI).
